1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

• Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds are initiated once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment account within 7-15 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be credited to your original payment account within 7-15 business days.

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
• For exchange order, the order will be delivered within 7-10 business days
• If refund is approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment account within 7-15 business days

5. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@tuscanyhomes.in  with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
• If replacement is approved, the replaced order will be delivered within 7-10 business days
• If refund is approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment account within 7-15 business days

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• For approved returns, a prepaid return label may be issued in specific cases.
